Hi, so this is a sound i captured of my fireplace, as it was recorded extremely close up the fire kind of reminds of a flag on a ship in the rain, if you do use this sound in any projects please send me a link as im extremely interested on where my sounds go thanks.

I wanted to find a good creative commons 0 sound effect of fingernails scratching on a wooden surface but i could find the exact thing i was looking for. So i recorded myself scratching my bedroom door with my fingernails using a recording app on my phone and edited it in audacity to remove breathing sounds, and to make the sound feel more heavy/deep, including some very faint reverb. Since i really wanted this i thought it might be useful for someone else! i hope someone else out there like me finds this somewhat useful. Theres a bit of a clicking noise at the end - i think from the recording process.

This sounds were a mix of different recorded with tascam dr07,the sounds were achieved from:. --blowing on a sponge--swiping a finger on the wall--waving a cardboard for the low sound--dragging a brush on the wall--air sounds with pich bend effects and modulation fx. I burped while recording, and part of it sounded just like a pig. You might expect this to effect my self esteem, but pigs are actually brutally effective fighters and can hold their breath for several months at a time. True story.
